Friends first fundraising evening

Halloween night was our first official fundraising event, we even made it in to the Star newspaper!

This event was held at Charnock Hall Primary School, and was a fancy dress disco, that included two hours of entertainment kindly donated by Barney Baloney (Professional Children's Entertainer ) and his wife Pauline Turner

 

The children made a fantastic effort and we saw some spectacular outfits, the time and dedication put in to the pumpkin carving competition was impressive and two lucky winners walked away with a halloweeen bag full of Goodies!

The event along with a raffle and the money raised from the donations box, raised £366.00.

We would like to thank everyone who came along and supported us, and to all those who donated raffle prizes.
A BIG thanks to Mr.Jones ( Headteacher ) of Charnock Hall Primary School, for allowing us to use the school premises to hold this event.
